A Brief History

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, there was a girl who infrequently stopped to smell the roses. She woke up, she went to work, she went home and then she went to sleep. She found herself getting so wrapped up in her personal and professional life she soon forgot that this was, in fact, HER life.

Upon realizing this, this girl decided to commit herself to setting aside time just for her and all of the things she wanted to do. She soon realized that by putting herself first, she was able to kick way more ass in every part of her life.

Growing up, this girl was taught that travel was a tradeoff, and yet against her better judgement, she still wanted to experience the sights, flavors, and cultures that this great big world had to offer. With the help of the internet and an excel spreadsheet, she discovered it was truly possible to ball on a budget and packed her one backpack and hit the road.
